By creating an account and using Supplement Intelligence, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
Section 2 - Description of Service
Supplement Intelligence is a clinical decision-support tool that identifies nutrient depletions associated with medications and health conditions and generates personalized supplement protocols. It is intended for use by licensed healthcare professionals.
Section 3 - Not Medical Advice
Supplement Intelligence is a clinical reference tool only. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Clinicians are solely responsible for all clinical decisions made using this platform.
Section 4 - Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Section 5 - Patient Data
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary patient consent before entering patient information into the platform. We process patient data only as directed by your use of the platform.
Section 6 - Subscription and Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@supplement-intel.com for billing questions.
Section 7 - Intellectual Property
All content, data, and software in Supplement Intelligence is the property of Supplement Intelligence. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
Section 8 - Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or are used in a manner inconsistent with the intended clinical purpose of the platform.
Section 9 - Limitation of Liability
Supplement Intelligence is provided as-is. We are not liable for any clinical outcomes, damages, or losses resulting from use of the platform.
