Section 2 - How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve Supplement Intelligence, process payments, send account-related emails, and respond to support requests. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Section 3 - Patient Data
Patient information entered into the analyzer (medications, conditions, symptoms) is used solely to generate supplement protocols. We do not store patient names or identifying information unless explicitly provided through the intake form. Patient intake data is associated with your office account only.
Section 4 - Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and secure database storage via Supabase. Access to your account is protected by authentication.
Section 5 - Cookies
We use essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Section 6 - Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Stripe for payment processing, Resend for email delivery, Supabase for database and authentication, and Anthropic for AI-powered analysis. Each service has its own privacy policy.
